Welcome to our New King’s Lynn and District Camera Club Website.
Under heading "INFORMATION" (see above) you will see many of the types of pages from the old website. All have been updated and I hope you should find navigation around this "New Website" much easier.

I have included a "Site Map" navigation page , this I hope will help you find pages that you are looking for.
IMAGES on the new site
The images on this website work in a different way from the old website. You will see that clicking on any image will open the one selected, if this image is one of a group you will be able to navigate forwards and backwards as you wish. Although you will see a tab top right saying NEXT and one to the left saying PREV you only have to click on the right or left half of each image. It quite easy to move around when you get used to it. It's easier to maintain and hopefully you will find it much easier to send images for adding to the site.
Tip:- Re navigating from one image to the next, you could mention that pressing N moves to the next image, and P to the previous one, the same goes for the right and left arrow keys. So it is all very easy.
Why have I not included the next event page
Basically we don't really have a need for this all the Club events can been seen on the programme 2010/11 page, it was very time consuming keeping the page updated in effect two pages. You will also see that the programme page has quick links for the members to use to open up the on-line Competition Entry Form. You can get to this for from Members Area > On-Line Entry Form.
So how can we find out about these other events?
In the sub-heading of the INFORMATION tab (above) you will find:- Annual Exhibition, Exhibitions & Competitions & Trips. If you keep an eye on these pages you will see all the local events and items that we think you may be interested in. This obviously includes other camera clubs events that we have been invited to. We receive EAF notices about other camera clubs events, again if we think you may have an interest it will be included. If you are aware of any events that please send us details that we can include.
What about events that are open to club members only?
These will be shown in the MEMBERS AREA > "Other Events" page, again keep an eye on this for future events.
Please contact me if you find any problems. It's been a mammoth task, but I hope you will be patient while I sort out any reported problems over the next few days. I will be very pleased to have your comments and suggestions for future improvements.
