- Raffle Invitation to all those attending the exhibition to nominate "Best print from Coast of West Norfolk competition" - £1/entry. Winning entry to be presented to the raffle winner.

Information for members only
1. Latest Rota list. Members you will need to login (Members only) - To add your name to the Rota, click on email link from opened rota list.
2. The catalogue showing members images and titles etc will be available before the exhibition. Members you will need to login (Members only)
3. Preview evening, Private viewing on Friday 13 August 2010 7pm - invited guests and members (members and one guest can attend - Other invited guests by special invitation only.
4. Members will be expected to collect prints (or arrange for another member to collect prints) at the close of the exhibition at 4pm Saturday 21st August - as many members as possible please for the knockdown.
5. About the exhibition and members image requirements - Form for members to complete (as circulated to all members 26th May 2010. Members you will need to login (Members only).
6. SPECIAL NOTE TO MEMBERS ABOUT YOR EXHIBITION IMAGES
Mike Brindle would like your "Image Titles" (if not already provided) as soon as possible, Members are also reminded that images should be given to Mike Brindle any time during July. The closing date for receiving images is Saturday 31st July 2010 (Please do not leave till the last date! Thank you)
