4th September 10 (Saturday)	"Saturday Open Day" (one day only) A chance to have a look at some of our members work New members most welcome. At 10.30am to 10.45am and 1pm to 1.15pm Nigel Downer ARPS (our training officer) will be giving a talk on basic photography. The event is being held at our club room:- Old Market Street, King's Lynn, Norfolk PE30 1NL	---	Doors open 10:00am - till 2pm See our display of some of our members work Digitally Projected and also Prints. Throughout the day we will also have a help desk to answer any questions about membership or any other photographic questions. Refreshments and biscuits will be available. . New members most welcome - Sorting the subs etc. Followed by a DPI presentation showing images from members who attended the Hunstanton and Cambridge Summer days out in July and August this year. 6th June 2011	"Annual Event" - 3-way DPI competition with North Norfolk and Lutterworth. Judge: The event will comprise of 20 images from each club being judged together on three separate evenings.	--	Doors open 7:00pm - Starts 7.30pm Our leg of the 3 way Dpi competition between ourselves North Norfolk and Lutterworth will be held at our club room. There will be nobody from the other clubs present at our evening and we will not be attending the nights that they will be holding as the whole point of this experiment is to see if it is possible to compete against and enjoy work from other clubs without the need for a lot of traveling. If successful we would in theory be able to compete with any club anywhere regardless of distance. Lutterworth will be holding there evening on ____ and North Norfolk will be holding there evening end of ____ 2011.
